PiYo
PiYo is a fusion style flexibility workout combining Pilates, yoga, dance, and strength in a flowing sequence.
Beginner
This class is for students new to yoga and/or students wishing to deepen their knowledge of all fundamental aspects of yoga.
Beginner/Intermediate
In this class students will practice basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness.
Intermediate
This class is a more vigorous class that introduces students to inversions, arm balances and jump backs in preparation for advanced classes.
Intermediate/Advanced
This class builds heat and stamina through sun salutations and a variety of poses. The classes vary depending on the instructor, but are a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Prior yoga experience recommended.
