Welcome to USE!

Our intention at U.S.E. is to offer an authentic, satisfying yoga experience for students of every level of ability and to create a place where students can feel welcome and comfortable while leaving the demands and stresses of their daily lives behind for an hour or two. Our instructors are caring and passionate about what they do and why they do it. Continuing to educate themselves and their students as we continue to grow and connect as a community of yogis. Their supportive instruction fosters a noncompetitive, nonjudgmental learning environment and encourages students to freely explore their individual practice in whatever way they feel is most beneficial for them.

In the Hair and Boutique, we continue to strive to find environmently friendly products for our everyday lives. Our studio is eco-friendly, our hair products are eco-friendly including the Organic color products we use. We carry organic yoga clothes, props, and mats. We strive for balance in our life, our world and our practice.
